How do I confirm if my booking is successful? Upon entering all required details and completing payment, you will be directed to a confirmation page, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email or are not redirected to the confirmation page, your booking is incomplete. Prior to attempting another booking, please contact us at info@iterwesttravels.com. We recommend directly confirming your flight and hotel bookings with the respective airline and/or accommodation provider.

When can I expect to receive my booking confirmation? You should receive your booking confirmation immediately upon completing your reservation. If you haven't received it within the specified timeframe, please contact us at info@iterwesttravels.com.

Can I book for someone else or have someone else pay for my booking? You may book for another person, but you must provide written authorization by emailing us a signed copy of the card used for payment and confirming in writing to the individual named on the booking, along with a signed copy of the card used for the reservation. Alternatively, someone else can pay for your booking if we receive written confirmation via email and a signed copy of the payment card.
